High-Tech Wiring:
Audio-Video Xcellence, LLC is pleased to work with the Carrington-King Group in providing the following High-Tech wiring as standard installation in The Reserve at Cooper Point division.
Each home will be provided with a Structured Cabling System to include (8) CEBus (Consumer Electronic Bus) location. Each location will be routed back to a central distribution panel providing the following connectivity to each location:
- Structured cabling for Cable or Satellite TV signals
- Structured cabling for Telecommunication (Capable of (8) lines per home)
- Structured cabling for Network/LAN system. Each home will be equipped and connected with a Network Switch in the termination box providing distributed LAN throughout the home.
- Future Tube from Crawl Space to Attic for future wiring within the home.
In addition to the Structured Cabling System each home will have the following cables Pre-Wired for future:
- Pre-Wire of (7) Zones of Distributed Audio System in the following typical rooms depending on model: Kitchen, Living Room, Guest Bedroom / Office, Master Bedroom, Master Bath, Back Deck and Garage.
- All Audio Zones will be wired for Electronic Audio Control System with Cat5e cabling to local control panel location within the zone space.
- Pre-Wire for (2) Plasma Locations to proposed Local Equipment Center (LEC).
- Pre-Wire for 5.1 Surround Sound Distribution in one location (i.e.: Great Room, Bonus Room depending on Floor Plan)
