The finely crafted homes were constructed by the Carrington/King Group. These Northwest contractors are comprised of three families of fathers and sons who have been building in the Puget Sound area for more than 30 years.
About the Homes:
After inspecting the unique location and building envelopes, Troy Clymer AIA of
Architects Northwest has designed 14 new homes that reflect
both the setting and the Northwest lifestyle that long-term residents have come to love and respect.
Each home comes equipped with an outdoor room, covered not as an add-on, but an integral part of the house design. Featuring both a fireplace and potential
"Viking" outdoor kitchen, in its own private woodlawn setting.
The first homes to be completed will be the five "Street of Dreams" homes slated to open in late September or
early October. There will be at least 15 other homes spread out through the plat that will be at or nearing completion at that time. The great thing about the Carrington/King
group of individual builders is that all of the homes will reflect Street of Dreams Quality whether they are in the show or not.
Who are they:
The Carrington/King Group of builders is an informal association of seven individual building companies
comprising two generations of both the Carrington and King families that act together to create top quality homes and
neighborhoods in those special spots that enhance this level of uniqueness.
